Management of the project, monitoring tools, cooperation agreement, roles and responsibilities of the project leader and partners, discussion of the preparation phase, explanation of the financial guidelines, communication guidelines.

First virtual meeting
Meeting of project partners.
The first virtual meeting of the Mus.Net. project took place on May 14, 2020. All the partners attended the meeting and it was possible to discuss some issues and make decisions on how to continue the activities. The partners have selected the graphic guidelines that will be used for all the graphic products of the project. It was also decided that management issues shall be tackled separately with the partners in B2B discussions.

Second virtual meeting
Meeting of project partners.
The second virtual meeting of the MUS.NET. project took place on September 24th, 2020. The meeting was originally planned to take place in Rakican, Murska Sobota, Slovenia, but the partners decided to meet online, following the recommendations against the COVID-19 outbreak.
The partners underlined their thourough commitment to catch up with the time lost during the lockdown. The project activities have been implemented according to plan, since new methods of videoconferencing and work from home were activated, that the project did not originally include. The high levels of cooperation among partners have made the achievement of the milestones possible, as well as of the deliverables, such as the WP1 benchmarking, the app and the kidscorner.
